nolva

im doing this for my next cycle:

week 1 - 4: d-bol 40mg/ed
week 1 - 8: sustanon or testosterone enth: 500mg/ew
week 1 - 10: deca 400mg/ew

would you recommend taking nolva every 2 days of the cycle. Ifd you do recommend doing that how much nolva should I take?

I would run the nolva at 10 to 20 mg ED throughout the cycle and durring PCT.

you can run nolva throughout if you like....

however, i would recommend arimidex or liquidex. we can get into the "blocker" vs. "inhibitor" thing, and/or a few other issues, but imho, nolva isnt something i'd run unless i had to.

mudman had this right though.....run it up to and through your pct. when you stop the clomid, stop the nolva too.

no need for hcg on this one bro, the cycle is too short for it, and the doses are fairly light.
clomid/nolva should be plenty.

with the d-bol is it best to take 20mg in the morning then 20mg at night or just all at once
