ZMA During cycle and PCT?

Would ZMA help at all for natural testosterone production during or for PCT of a cycle?

i can't believe someone dug this thread up, anyway i agree wit Sparkle after doing some research. ZMA won't hurt you either if anyone was curious.

haha....it is an old thread, but what the hell....i like ZMA, but i dont take it anymore....it upsets my stomach...it says on the bottle not to take with a calcium supplement, and my multi-vitamin has calcium in it....i think the multi-vitamin is more important...just my two cents
