what else did u think
most of my diet consists of milk products like cheese, yogurt, and milk added protein....
is it one of the reasons, I've been really sleepy lately or sleep while driving...
does it have any negative impact on me ON or OFF cycle??
Some people say it is advisable to avoid dairy while cutting. Apparently, it is high in sugars and causes bloating.
I drink at least 3 glasses a day and everything I eat has cheese on top and I havent noticed anything negitive yet, but I really dont know.
