Need approval on my cycle from everyone!!

Hey everyone just wanted to get approval for a cycle that Ive been trying to plan out for a while!!

Ok here are my stats:
Im 5'6, 21 years old, 186 lbs, and 11% bf. Ive been training hard for 4 years.

My goals are to:
lose body fat %'s (Id like to get at 5%)
I would also like to gain about 25 lbs of lean muscle.[/COLOR]

My diet:
Consists of high protein,low carb. I've had a pretty clean diet my whole life.

My next cycle:
EQ-500mg 1-10

Sust 250-500 mg 1-10

Winny- 50 mg ed 8-13

Deca 300- 150 mg 1-10

Clenbuterol-???

Clomid 2 days after last winny injection

The Deca is low because Im just wanting to use it to lube my joints and not to hold a lot of water.

Im not sure if to do the Clen during the cycle or for the 8 weeks after the cycle. Im not planning on taking a cycle till maybe April so I wont be bridging it.

Questions:
Is the Deca does sufficient to get some vascular,lean gains,and lube my joints?

Will this dose cause much water retention?

What will the difference between 150 mg- 200mg a week of deca?

Where should I stick the Clen in this cycle, during or after?

First off.. how many cycles do you have under your belt? if it's your first, i'd stick to a long acting test ester like test-e or cyp for 10 weeks at 500mg with clomid post cycle.

#1 you better change that high protein/low carb diet to high protien/high carb/high fat/high cals/high everything.

#2 go with test enth...i wish i would have.

#3 leave out the deca or the eq for another cycle...you dont need 4 componds. I would even probly leave out the whinny, and just go with a test/deca cycle, and use the clen at the end to cut some fat.

#4 deca will make you hold water, not keep it off...im holding water like a godamn kiddie pool!!!!

#5 run the clen in you PCT starting after your last injection...(im not 100% sure though, if im wrong correct me.)

This is my second cycle. My first was a Sust 250 only cycle. Had great gains and held little to no water.
The only reason Im adding Deca is for my joints. I would like to stay away from it,but my joints need it.
What dose are you taking Coldstone to have that much water retention?

500mg sust
400mg deca
75mg fina ed

have you tried glucosamine for your joints?
