hey, I'm gonna start going on dianabol soon and i was wondering how often can i workout. Like don't the steroids help you recover from every workout so that you can workout like 5-6 times a day? I want to gain as much strength and weight as possible so can i?

yes you do recover quicker but i would train one body part a week as normal.REST IS THE KEY TO GROWTH

Anywhere from 4-6 depending how much stuff and how easy you recover.

Your going international? And running a dbol only cycle? Why not test or other anabolics?

you dont know until you order.....are you taking anything with the dbol and how many mg are you taking per day?

i don't understand. I'm going on d-bol starting at 30mg up to 45mg for 8 weeks and then at the last week i will start clomid at 200mg then go down to 100mg. Is there something that i'm not doing??

If you going to run Dbol you might as well run a little test along with it, you will have better gains that will stick with you after you finish.

400mg of test enth a week for 10 weeks
dbol for the first 4 weeks only @ 35mg a day
clomid at the end
milk thistle with the dbol
0.25-0.5mg of arimidex everyday.
