Can you help with a cycle?

Hey bros;

Can you all help out.....
I want to increase strength, mass and muscle size. I don't mind gaining muscle weight, but I don't want to increase my BF%. ESPECIALY IN MY GUT AREA. I am 34, 5'7, 190 and my BF is 14-15 give or take. My ab area is the hardest part for me. I am thinking about the following cycle:
I did primo before and it really seems to help burn fat, What is your take on this...

1 - 10: 500 mg Sust
1 - 10: 400 mg EQ by RT
1 - 4: 30 mg d-bol/ed
8-12: 50mg winny eod
nolva and clomid post cycle !

What do you think?

Not sure how much experience you've had, but Test/Eq/Winny is probably the way to go for what you are looking for.

Since this is your 2nd cycle, I'd definitely drop the Dbol and go with:

Test 1-11 500mgs
Eq 1-10 400mgs
Winny 9-13 50mgs eod

imo .. go with Test Cyp or Enan not Sust. However, if for some reason you 'have' to go with Sust, remember you are better off to use more frequent injections than with the other Test's.
