    Could this be sus flu?

    I am in week 6 of my cycle (soon 7) of 500sus and 400deca!

    And I feel a bit sick... my nose is running and itching... and I am warm and tired! Is this sus flu...?

    BTW! I think I FUCKED UP my first 4 weeks, because after week 2 I didnt get any sleep or train well! So actually I have just started to get gains...

    And a last thing:
    Can I train while I have the sus flu???

    Could be SUS FLU or just a cold, but either way I would train till you were fairly sick, then take a few days off, up your Vitamin C way up and start working out ASAP. I get a mild flu like symptom every time I do something, I think it may just be from the shock of the new hormone levels.

    take some echeanachea (wrong spelling), 500 - 1000mg of vitamin C and some extra-strength garlic + some glutamine to help out ur immune system. and get some sleep. if u cant sleep, try a mild sedative that is not addictive like gravol !
