Can't dial in my ai during cruise. Help!

So came off a mini blast 200 test 200 mast and 100 mg tren . In my second week of cruise dose. Currently am cruising in 150 mgs split twice weekly with 12.5 mg aromasin on pin days.

Now previously after coming off a cycle last year I Went to cruise dose of 200 test c with aromasin 12.5 mg twice a week on pin days. Got bloods month after.

Test 1180
Ultra sens e2 64

Dropped test to 180 mg and kept ai dosage the same and got labs done weeks later.

E2 now dropped to 32. Have slight achy joints when I take it but eliminated puffy nips. Felt like I didn't get as pumped when I worked out though.

So this cruise I dropped it even lower to 150 mgs. So not sure what my ai protocol should be. So far I'm in my 2nd week of cruise. Just got bloodwork done waiting on the results. Just pinned yesterday So not sure if I should continue the 12.5 mg aromasin protocol until then? Just feel like that is a lot and don't really want to take an ai my whole life not sure if has any negative health sides. What do you guys think?

So you think keep the ai the same then? Not sure if I should drop it or keep it or dose it in half

AI should be 24 hours after your test shot

OP are you having any symptoms besides "puffy nips"? If not, maybe don't worry about it, or drop your dose. 180 to 200 is a hefty amount to cruise, at least for you, as evidenced by your blood work.

When was the blood work you are waiting on drawn relative to your change in protocol? If you are changing it a lot and often, it will be difficult to get good readings.

That E2 seems low. You probably don't need an AI at all

In my previous cruises without ai my nips would get puffy and hold some water so wanted to try it out this time around.

Depends on what you want your levels at seems like 150 is good a good dose based on your numbers

Will all the good intentions here: quick futzing around with your protocol. Change one thing at a time. In your case, drop the AI and leave your test dosage alone. Retest in 8 weeks or so.

Puffy nips and water retention are not indicative of estrogen levels that need to be pummeled into the ground with an AI. Adjust test dose and frequency before using an AI. That said, I do applaud your willingness to experiment on yourself. Just keep T the same and drop the AI.
