Adding Deca/Equi w/ Test? Keep Gains better?

After some serious research I am on the cusp of starting:

    1-8 weeks Test-E: 500mg/w
    1-3 weeks D-bol: 20mg/d (kickstart)
    Clomid PCT

    Proviron - Anti-E

Early twenties - 170lbs at 5,10 at around 18% - want to GAIN MASS.

THIS IS MY FIRST CYCLE - I have been advised that I will lose all my gains (or around 60%) on this cycle if I don't add a sythentic AS like Equi/Deca - is this true??

Must I add one of these to the stack because I am DESPERATE to keep as much of my gains as possible??????

i would also not use proviron as an anti-e, it too weak. true it will help remove some water and help harden you up but it will not really help control any estrogen related problems.
i would use armidex or liquidex and have nolvadex on hand
