    newbie help

    Hey guys.....a few stats
    259lbs 6 feet
    Chest 52"
    Bi's 18"
    BF% no idea
    Been given some winny tabs (200 of em, 30mgs ed), and was wondering if i need to take nolva and or clomid post....never taken roids before, any help would...er help

    I wouldn't suggest winny alone. If your looking to cut. diet,exercise,Clen ,T3 would be good idea.
