My goal is to reach moderate gains like 5-8lbs over 6 weeks, but get a harder look, this is why I'm divided over the options for my next cycle, with either :
- equipoise 300 mg /week
- winstrol 50mg EOD
- andriol 240mg /day
but that means lots of injections ! gasp !
other option is
- primo 300mg/week
- andriol 240 mg/day
- oxandrolone 20 mg/day
this second one is easier for be but more expansive.
any help is more than welcome.

Include a test ester in those cycles bro. IMO no cycle is complete without test. Winstrol doesn't have to injected, just drink it and bump it to ED. Winnys half-life is short and blood levels should be kept constant. Hows this look:Quote:

Start your clomid one day after your last dose of winny at 300mg 1st day; 100mg/ED days 2-11; and 50mg/ED days 11-21. Don't forget your anti-e starting wk1 through your post cycle and have nolva on hand. Also make sure you take a liver protectant as well because of winny's slight heptoxic side.

I'm 35yo, 165 lbs, BF<10%. Train 4 times a week and eat a lot, including proteins 5 times a day. But difficult to put on any weight !
did one cycle so far 3years ago, sus 250mg and primo 300mg/week. My system did not like sus for some reasons.
that's why I'm looking for a mild cycle ! thanks for the answers bros !

Dragonslayer's cycle is a good one, but that's definitely overkill for "5-8lbs over 6 weeks".
I'd do a 6-8 week var cycle at 30-40mgs/day.
