    surgery while on AS

im on my 10th week of eq 600 mg a week and test 500 mgs a week. I just tore out my elbow in baseball and need tommy john surgery. Should I tell the surgeon that I am on AS or shouldn't I? Will it fuck up with the anestisia?

you need to tell the doc!!!

some AS can alter prothrombin time (time for blood clot to form). your doc will need to know what he's dealing with.

good luck! here's to a quick recovery

    I would surely tell.

A friend had a cartilaginous problem, and it supposedly formed a ball because of the use of steroids . - At least it was what the doc said... I donīt believe at total.
