Depends what your taking, but really it doesn't matter much. If your on d-bol take it 2 hrs b4 u work out. Same w/ Winny. But like i said, I really don't think it makes much of a difference.
I hope you've done more research than this post would indicate.
The answer is it doesn't matter but the only way we could possibly help was if we know what pill you were taking... and how much.
