    First off what's your gf trying to acomplish? Stats? How long has she been working out? What's her diet like?

    Yeah dont let ur chick run win unless u want to be bangin a brute....My freind who is a hard core sauce bag got his chick to do winny........Shes drinkin the human grade amps.......SHE is starting to loose her figure and look like a fuckn brute if u ask me......AND SHE WAS so fuckin hot before.......its not worth it .......run clembutoral or an ecu stack......
