    Enanthate 250mg/Week To Preserve Muscle While Dieting

    What do you think about running 250mg Test Enanthate a week while dieting to maintain lean muscle. The purpose of running 1cc of the Enanthate is basically to remain anti-catabolic and put on some lean muscle and strength while dieting for 10 weeks. It's not a harsh amount, but it's just something to keep the hard-earned muscle.

    Diet breakdown is:

    250g Protein
    100g Fat
    50-100g Carb

    Total of 2100-2300 Cals a day.

    2 A Day workouts

    AM - Cardio
    PM - Weights

    Carbs post-weight-workout.

    The carb amount will also fluctuate every fourth day, running 50g a day for 3 days and then bumping it up to 100 on the fourth and then repeating.

    why not just run test prop. it causes wayy less water retention then enth, unless u want to use nolva ! and i dont think 250 mg of test/ew is enough to preserve muscle loss. unless all u are doing is cardio/diet.

    or better yet, if ur not using shit like t3 or clen , why dont u run winny. the injectable at 50 mg M,W,F, that should get u nice and hard as well !

    With the Prop, the injects are too frequent. And IMO, I think that 250mg Test is more than enough to preserve muscle while dieting? Any other opinions?

    I think 250 is a little on the low side, I would maybe do 250 e5d.

    How bout some winny or var? You could get some ** 50mg tabs pretty cheap. I've seen ppl that have had good results w/ preserving muscle with just winny alone..

    I may just have to take that up. Or I may go all natural and drop my BF before doing another cycle. I'm leaning towards that, Clen for some reason makes me sick. It gives me the goddamn flu so I have to stop using it.

    Hey Ronny...you may also want to try the 10mg ed of dbol bridge while you are dieting.....it will prevent you from becoming catabolic. I don't have experience running just Test E at 250mg so I'll bump it for ya.
