I was wondering what to do about acne prevention while on "gear" ?? I mean its nice to build muscle, but i do not want the pizza face look....any suggestions ????

steam at the gym and shower there RIGHT after training, tanning helps too, b-12 is known to keep skin nice, dry out the skin and not the pore's, last but not lease accutane....theres lots of info. on this in the spa forum
