I have been doing test cyp in the quads and it's barely sore the next day. Have done legs the day after no problem. I did pull the pin out of my left quad last week and the needle was bent..ooops! I guess I was pushing down a little too hard or at an angle.

All the guys have said it - get used to it.

The only thing I can add is "take your time pushing in the juice!! Take about 90seconds and then massage the area gently after you have pulled the needle out."

I always get sore for days after quad injections. Sometimes really bad where I couldn't do legs. With glute shots, sometimes I wouldn't get sore at all. Start rotating...right quad, left quad, right glute, left glute, etc, etc. I'd also make sure to space your quad injections several days before leg day so it won't mess with your workouts.

I've been doing quads for a while now. The first two shots were bad, but then it got better and better. Don't feel a thing now.

The trick is doing it very slowly and if you go to the gym right after, then it's even better.

I think the more you do it, then the less it will hurt. That's the way it's worked for me.

Don't worry about it too much and take an advil. They're great for getting rid of injection pain.

I agree with both of these statements. And doing quad injects right before a leg workout is best, or within the next 2 days.

    that's him and he's a beast

another thing...isn't it crazy how injection soreness replaces muscle soreness when you're on? I mean, I rarely get sore when I'm on from workouts. But injection soreness is much worse, IMO! advil becomes a mainstay

main thing is DO NOT MOVE THE PIN WHILE IN, that is the primary cause of muscle soreness if you have reasonably good gear - that isnt high BA

Thats very true CYCLEON. When the needle is in me, I hold the base of the syringe with one hand and then plunge with the other. This makes sure that the needle doesn't go in and out whilst you are plunging. Works for me!

In addition to everything I run hot water over the amp or bottle to warm up the oil, so it won't be as thick while injecting and it will spread though the muscle easier without leaving a knot in the muscle!

    Hey guys,

Did my second inj today in my right GLUTE. Just hope I got in the muscle since I got such a fat ass. It went it pretty slow, took about 60-70 secs. I am assuming since it took so long that I was in the muscle. Massage and put some heat on it for a bit afteward and feels good. Monday is my left QUAD...wish me luck

    PS,

I did warm both the TEST Ent and DECA but draw the juice still took forever. AM I doing something wrong? Here is what I do: I pull back the plunger to about 1 1/4 (I am dosing 1 cc), insert needle into bottle, inject air, turn over and then pull plunger again. At this point the juice barely trickles into the needle? Is that normal? Just want to make sure.
