It shows it in the user cp under avatar down where it says profile picture it shows it uploaded but doesn't when I post. why?

did you pay for the upgrade yet ?
You uploaded a personal image, not avatar. The image shows up in your profile but not under your name. Go back to the user cp and change your avatar, not your personal photo.
