Hello all out there.I am new to this site.I have been working out for about a year and a half.I went from 285 to 215.I can honestly say i have made some decent gains.I am here because I wanted to ask for advise.I have a friend who started working out because of me and my good friend(lifting partner) and he has already gained about 20 pounds.He ahs only been working out for 5 months.And he is already juicing.i told him to keep cool with it.He jumped into it to quick I say.But hey thats his life.I currently take Animal stak and primobolan.And so far im happy with what I have gained.I also maintain good protein intake and creatine.I have been thinking about getting on a cycle.But I need some good advise before i take that step.If any one can help me out or any suggestions.thanks all!
