    using gear=leaner?

    now i know that there is gear out there that is specifically designed to make you leaner, but i was just wondering if a normal cycle of gear (mass building cycle ie: Test,deca , D-bol etc...) is gonna make you leaner at all. aside from the water retention and side effects or does elevated estro levels prevent this from happening, due to the fact that elevated estro levels are known to cause some fat build up.

    id say it would depend on your natural build and how well you tone or define. more than likely i wouldnt guess the average person would get any leaner off of a cycle like the example you mentioned. itd come to genetics then.

    diet and cardio!!!!...hell i tried 30 minutes cardio for the first time in 6 months today and i thought they were going to have to call 911...weighed in today at 234...212/213 in May..i get short winded fucking my wife

    I didn't know diet and cardio counted as "gear", lol.

    well i think we all know that diet and cardio =leaner, i was just asking if general gear usage causes people to get leaner also.

    You should use the right tools for the job,

    It depends on the type of gear you select to achieve your goals. Building or cutting.

    If it's mass building --- you'll select appropriate gear, adjust your diet and excercise to build up mass.

    If it's fat burning = -'--------- to burn fat


    You shouldn't use the mass building tools to lose fat. It's like using a roller to paint a portrait

    sus 250 made me loose fat. it was due to the slight raise in body tempature though im sure..... it will also make you train harder which in essesence will make your heart rate faster witch in turn will make you burn mor calories.
