I have been lifting for about 5 years off and on and am interested in getting lean and cut. Maybe a cycle. Weight has been an issue since about 30. Currently I am 6'0" and 228. Thanks for your help.

Well, may i direct you to the educational threads as a wonderful place to start. From there, some of the better resources, in my opinion, are to be found in the member's cycle results sections, as most of the journals going at any time are of first time cycles and will be full of information and links that will help you out. And, not to toot my own horn, but i think i've compiled an interesting collection of threads in my signature that will give you some required reading.
Lastly, welcome to AR!!! have fun.
Before starting a cycle I strongly suggest you read all you can on each drugs. It is very important to have a good base knowledge of anabolics. good luck bro.
