I havent been able to log onto my Cyberrights account for almost 3 weeks now. I have emailed their support like 20 times now and have got no reply on what the problem is. Now what? I need to contact my source and I cant. Any suggestions?

How long did your account remain dormant for. If it was a free account they shut it down after a few weeks of in-activity.
I am on it atleast once a week. But i guess they should have a message stating that it is. And also why havent they responded to my emails?Quote:

I can get to the page that asks for your passphrase. But when I type the passphrase in, it locks up and won't go any further.
