    An Update!

Hey, i don't know if anyone remembers me, but about 2 months ago i posted here as for advice for my first cycle. Being only 21, you guys advised against AS, to double my Cals, and add creatine.
    background: June
    5'9
    145
    225 bench max
    255 squat max
    335 dead max

I did as you all advised, and now, a little more than two months later
    5'9 (damn, didn't get any taller. )
    158
    245 bench max
    275 squat
    305 dead

my lifts have gone up considerably, but once again, i've plateaued. I'm stuck as to what else i can do to continue to make gains. Help me, oh fitness gurus.

Switch your workout up. Try doing exercises that your muscles havent had much experence with. When I feel like ive hit a plateau I switch to a circuit training routine for about three weeks, and that ussally helps.

Great Progress, you should be really proud of that hard work - 13lbs in 2 months natural. Keep training hard and eat lots. I'll bet your 175 by the holidays.
