His stats are 27, 180lbs. His first cycle was 250 sust. weekly for 10 weeks.
He is trying to decide which of these cycles would be his best bet for #2.
Cycle 1.
400mg Test E weekly, shot 2Xs weekly.
Cycle 2.
250mg test E
250mg Deca
Both are 10 week cycles and will be followed with clomid and have nolva on hand.

Odd, he gained 18lbs and kept 14lb from 250mg of Sust (test). More is not always better, even more so since this is his 2nd cycle...
test (any ester) 500mgs week
deca 400mgs
clomid and nolva pct (3 weeks after last inj.)
Yeh some people respond to lower doses, his receptors are going to need more imo.

No, I wouldn't waste good test by running it at 250mgs a week. That would shut down my natural test and give me shitty gains with possible sides.
I would go with option 2 except up the test to around 400-500 EW.
Personally, I'd go with option 2.
Here's my reasoning.
If he had good gains on 250 test. - with option 2 he'll get good gains from test and quality from deca (keeping more)
Then use less. If you want to go higher, shoot it every 4th or 5th day instead.Quote:
