    Talking first cycle advice

    First Cycle
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 184lbs.
    BF: 10-12% i think (junk calipers at gym)
    Age: 20
    Gym Experience: 3 steady years
    Protein Intake: 500g - 650g ED
    Calories: 3000- 3500 ED
    Workout: 5 days week
    Cardio: 3 days week
    Bench max: 310 - maybe 315 but the spotter lifted a little soon.
    I think that should be about it for stats.
    Heres what i have and plan to do.. open for suggestions
    1 500 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    2 500 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    3 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    4 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    5 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    6 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed
    7 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed 100mg Clomid ed
    8 250 mg sus w 25mg dbol ed 50mg Clomid ed

    Ive searched the threads and read as much as possiable to make an educated attempt at this so, fill me in on anything i missed, and if you can tell me what to expect i.e. gains, setbacks, sideffects, and how much variation of the workout each week.. month.. thanks alot

    I would do this instead
    D-Bol at 30mg/Day for weeks 1-5
    Sust at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
    Clomid started 3 weeks after your last shot of Sust. Start with 300mg/Day for the first day of Clomid use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week, the next 2 weeks take 50mg/Day. Have your anti-estrogens on hand just in case and take Alpha Lipoic acid at 600mg/Day to protect your liver

    your cycle looks a little weak to me, go with something more along the lines of what mustang suggested and follow the clomid therapy that he wrote

    8 wks is minimum ,if you could do 10 do it.
    also dbol 40-50 mg ed wk 1 -5.
    also for a 180lber you sure pack in the protien bud,how the hell do you do 650 g ed,i wish i could eat that much.
    im ready to pop after 400g.
    to answer your ? as to how much gains,well lets say this if you really eat like that and you lifting is also as good i honestly see a good 15-20 lbs of quality gains bro,keep us informed

    JUST A QUEST...

    COULD SAINTDOG HAVE TOO MUCH PROTEIN??..M 18 HIT THE REVISE CYCLE RIGHT ON THE HEAD. GREAT BASIC CYCLE..BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PROTEIN??

    my fault its actually 350- 400 g a day for protein. i appologize i didnt proof read... sorry
