Any advantages to what time of day u inject?

Just wanted to see what times of the day most bros injected. And if it's an advantage at any certain time throughout the day. Thanx.

Also do u think it matters if u inject in a muscle that u worked out the day before the injection? Like say on wednesday u hit legs in the gym and on thursday u want to inject ur thighs. Would that be ok?

I wanna hear some replies to this aswell..

It really has no effect with longer acting esters and i doubt it has any real impact with shorter ones like prop. When I used suspension I would inject twice a day, once in the AM and once 1 hour before workout though...

I have always shot right after workout. I just feel better all pumped up from my workout.

I always do it when I get up. I don't think I can wait until after I work out unless there is some benefit. I'm usually so jazzed about tking it, I want to do the night before. I make myself wait though. I swear to God, I never thought I would feel that way about a shot!

Shots made me so nervous I discovered if I did them too late in the day the adrenaline would keep me awake.

Post workout. I like to have a shower, inject and then chill !
