20yrs old have benn training for 4yrs was 285lbs all fat ....in these 4 yrs gave cut down to 205lbs-215lbs. i have alot of extra skin and look bloted since summer came workin hard havin been training as much as i should starting to get back on track this week. looking 4 a cycle to make me big but not bloated and to fill the extra skin any aDVICE
