You need to be more specific on what your asking thats a common cycle
Never heard of anyone running a cycle at those doses and you already know my views on this subject on your other post

Billys right your mg per week is to low go with what he said i would add either Dbal at 40 mg per day for the first four weeks or run Eq 600 mg per week for the entire cycle with no taper of any AS your doing

Gains range from person to person, cycle to cycle, stack to stack.
Some people gain 0 some people gain alot.
The variables are
Diet
Training
Rest
You will not gain a specific amount of weight, and what ever you gain some will be lost post cycle and some wasn't even lean mass in the first place just water.

A friend recommended for my first cycle the following and I just wanted to get your opinions because I've seen much different stacks posted.
First 8 weeks 400 Deca 200 mon / 200 fri
Weeks 9-12 200 Deca on mon 250 mil Sust on fri
no clomid (which I asked and he said not needed)

Your friend is wrong. Get some Clomid. Also get some Nolvadex, Proviron, or Arimidex. Otherwise, you'll be picking out bra's at Sears.
Personally, I think that anything below 500 mg of Sust per week for only three weeks is a waste of money, but you did mention that this was your first cycle. I can see it if you are trying to jolt your body into some new growth and see how your body reacts for the first time, but dont expect anything spectacular from it. then again, you might not see jack squat only running it for three weeks.
The deca is good, but I wouldnt taper it down to 200 for weeks 9-12 if you want some real quality.
Trust these guys when they tell you, get some Clomid. Your nuts will need to be jump started after your cycle. I'll assume you want to continue producing testosterone naturally after your cycle? Clomid at 50ed/100ed/50ed seems to work well, even with the doses I use. I've never come off and "neglected" my wife either because I've always used Clomid. :D
