Im starting my second week of a planned 5 week t3 cycle and haven't seen the results i was expecting. According to the scale i've lost a couple of pounds, but i haven't seen the dramatic results i had read about. Anyhow I was thinking of ramping up a little more. I was only planning on going to 100mcgs a day but im thinking of continuing on up to 150 or so. My questions are
1. what do you guys feel like when your on it that you konw your taking enough
2. am i expecting to much to soon?
i felt pretty normal, just a little warm. i lost about a pound a day, even on a cycle.
you really don't feel any different. Your body temp might go up and maybe some insomnia, that's about it. Works good whenever I use it.

Not sure if 150mcg per day is recommended. I used 25 per day while dieting for show a while back. Found I got depleted during my workouts very fast, and was hard to keep a pump. I was on high carbs of about 450 per day so wasn't from carb depletion.
