I started my cycle and everything was going great. Then I started to notice some signs of gyno so I started to take Nolva plus the Letrozole that I was already taking. Ever since then my gains have flatened out. Is the letrozole + nolva too much? I have started to lower the doses of both to .25cc/day letrozole and .5cc(10mg) nolva per day. Im hoping this will help. Ill keep you all up too date and give me some feedback if you got it. Thanks
I started taking Nolva 20mg - I don't think the gains flattened at all - just lost some water, which resulted in better definition. So, I doubt it's the nolva that falttens your gains.
I don't have personal experience with letro, so can't comment on that
Which ONE should I take, just the letrozole or just the nolva? Maybe if I drop one out it will help, but still protect from gyno.
personally, I'd drop the lterozole. But ask some of the mods or Vets.
The Nolvadex should be more than enough!
20mg ED of nolva is plenty for the cycle you're running.Quote:

Guys, how many times does someone have to suffer this stuff before you all realize that Nolva should be taken as a preventative, not a treatment only. It does not hamper gains, just sheds the water bloat related to estrogen!!!
The way his post is written it seems that his gyno has gone away and he's now worried about his gains. Since he had a problem with gyno once I would run the nolva at 20mg ED. Everyone is different some guys get gyno from thinking about test where others can run a gram or more a week and never have a problem.Quote:

No it's not a waste. I tried that (Nolva 10mg ED) in the begining of my cycle running Cyp at 400mg a wk and noticed some bloat then I upped it to 20mg and it went away and I continued at 20mg until the end of PCT.Quote:
