First cycle for a woman

I´m a woman and I like to know what kind of cycle is the best choise for me. I want to build some hight quality kg of muscle and gain strength, and at the same time lose some kg of fat. I´m 29 years old, 168 cm and weigh 63 kg, I have training hard for one year and I train with the basic exercises. I train 4 days / w, and do cardio 5 days / w.

i know anavar is great for what ur looking for just way to expensive, never took it before so bump for some bros that have

anavar would be great for you 5 mg a day.

I'd stear clear of steroids if you're a female but if you insist I think var would be your best bet, from 2.5mg to 5mg but no more.

I think 1 year at the gym is to little. She still needs a base to build on even if shes 29 guy´s...

My girlfreind said that there was one thread in the fem forum that was written by a girls husband when she first started. He researched hard and laid out the pros and cons of all the steroids for women. If you can find it-it will help you alot.
