a friend of mine is wanting to cut down his bf%. He's been training forever, and is in the 12% range right now. He doesn't want to juice really, but wants to maintain his current muscle mass, and drop the fat. I was thinking of running him on clen /t3/winny. will winny be enough to stop the muscle deterioration from the t3? If you guys could help put something together I/he would really appreciate it.

Try a 10mg am dbol bridge...I did this for 3 months and not only did I maintain my mass while dieting, I made some small gains.....if nothing else, it will keep him from getting too catabolic. Also, suggest to him to take in about 20mg of glutamine every day. 10 post workout and 10 before bed, it helps alot with cortisol reduction.
