    Help! Help! Help!

    Looking for suggestion on a cycle to lose fat, get lean and add some muscle. Not really looking to bulk. 45 years old, 227lbs, 6"0". Currently doing an hour of cardio a day.

    I'll be doing a cutting cycle next.
    It'd be the following:
    1-4 Dbol 30mg/d
    1-12 Test E 500mg / w
    1- 12 EQ 300 mg / w
    1- end of PCT Nolva 20 mg/d
    PCT + Clen .

    It's very simple - complementary basic AS.

    Dbol - to jump start
    Test - basis for mass
    EQ - good quality shred mass
    Nolva - prevent SE, water gain, extra fat deposits
    Clen to shred extra fat.

    Keep in mind - it's the diet that would make the difference
    So, make sure you spend most of your time developing the diet for your cycle.

    Proteins
    Low GI carbs (high GI after workout)
    low (but quality) fats
    vitamins

    Cardio..

    Good luck

    That's far from a cut cycle...Go with Prop/fina/winny/clen/t3 if you wanna get shredded.

    Rock how long have u been doing cardio and dieting? I think you could reach your goal without AS.
    Try some clen/eca to help you along...And keep dieting.

    Low carb diet for about 3 months. Seem to be stalled right now. I take 2 Hydroxycuts before my workout. An hour of cardio and minimal lifting. Use protein powder throughout the day, flax oil twice a day, l-glutamine before and after workout.

    Cardio, weights, and a good diet is the best thing for fat loss for you.

    Try and achieve your weight loss goals before cranking. Throw some clen or ECA into the mix to help.

    Def. ECA stack, also you wanna get rid of the complex/glacemic(sp?) carbs. Hit the weight and cardio, increase your metabolism and boom there ya go fat loss, without the "gear". Good luck man.

    Like I said in my previous post, I have been on less than 30 grams fo carbs per day for about 3 months. Pretty strict with myself and I lost about 20 lbs. I seemed to have hit a wall though. Last Sunday I ate some pasta (spaghetti) to try and carb up and then this week back on the low carb count. It seems to have kick started me as I have lost a pound this week.
