week 1-4 50mg androl ed
week 1-17 1,000mg sust eod
week 1-12 400mg deca ew
week 8-18 400mg primo ew
week 13-20 50mg winny ed

debating on doing dbol or andol for 4 weeks?..which is better?

My stats are 5'6 190 9% b/f

My diet will be dead on ...my goal is to gain 30 lbs and keep 25lbs lose 5 after clomid or so is this goal reachable or not?...should i throw some more deca or anything else in there...i have never done deca so i dont know what to expect.thanx

just always to scared to run deca but got some normas straight from factory so i wanna try it..

I definetly think you can obtain your goals. I'm gonna give insulin a try for a post cycle bridge to combat the bit of loss I usually get post cycle. Everything else looks great. Drol would be better for size.
