I saw an advertisement in Muscular Development about PowerMedica. How legal to buy stuff from it? Looks like they will sent a prescription with stuff:-) Prices are terrible, but at list they are legal.

Don't use them. How do I know? Because legitimate sources don't come to you, you go to the sources.
