The best way to run T3

I've got 45 pills which i got damn near for free. I've been told to pyramid 1 all the way up to 5 and come back down, and then i've been told to start with 7 and work your way down? can you give me a pretty detailed plan on how to run it. I am running t-400, 1 CC a week, plus ARA Test 250, 1 cc( it has 50 mg's of test prop where the t-400 olny has 25, and i like the way test prop feels)both in the same shot, 75mg of fina, 2 cc's, about 3 times a week and soon to get my 50 mg winny v tabs in about a week. I am 6'2" and about 274 to be exact, i wanna be aroung 245-255, thanx for ya'll's time
