Need Help!!!
Alright, I have a few questions:
1) I have Deca and Winny Depot. Is that a bad stack?
2) I am a novice, so I'm trying to stay away from test for now, is that stupid? (Keep in mind, im 6'3, 200, and not looking to put on another 30 pounds).
3) If I were to get rid of the Deca, how would an EQ / Winny stack be?
And what kind of gains would I get?
- I'm looking to gain strength, 10-15 lbs., and seriously shred up.
Does anyone have any reasonable cycle suggestions for me (given that I already have Winny and Deca, and can get EQ and most other things pretty easily).

deca and winny is the way to go for that bro, just dont overload on calories and the deca wont blow you up too bad, eat clean and stay away from foods with lots of sodium(salt) a friend of mine at the gym is on deca right now and eats like shit, Im talking a large pizza every night, his face looks like a damn basketball. but for your goals thats the way to go. what dosages are you running? 10-12 weeks of 300-400 mgs of deca and weeks 8 or 9-12 winny 50mg ed?

Welcome to AR bro. You have come to the right place to start your research. There is a wealth of knowledge here, use the search button and read as much as you can!
Most believe that ALL cycles should have test as a base. First off, you are not going to gain 30lbs off of a medium cycle. Secondly, deca for 10 wks by itself has the potential for unwanted side effects (search deca dick).
Really a good 1st cycle is test only. Since you have the deca already, do something like this:
wks 1-12:
test (en, cyp, prop) 400mgs/wk between 2 shots
deca 300mgs/wk between 2 shots
wks 10-15:
winny 50mg/ed
research about nolvadex, clomid, liquidex, PCT, etc.

Deca without test has a good chance of Deca dick. I personally wouldnt do it without test...Deca will hold a little more water retention than EQ resulting in more overall weight, however without Test in the pic I would choose winny..thats just me tho

But I was just reading up more and it seems like a lot of people prefer EQ over Deca because of risks of Deca Dick and Gyno. Would an EQ/Winny stack be better for me? Like I said, I know they say "test is best", but I'm tryin to avoid it for now. I've done one 8 wk cycle of Deca, and experienced no negative effects other than some slight water retention. What do you guys think?
