L-dex VS. Femara.,..Which is best!?

I've just begun collecting all the necessary supps and such for my next cycle.

The only thing that I cant decide is whether I should get ldex or femara, as a bloat reducer.

Any opinions and suggestions would be great!

I am planning on getting the clomid (PPL) and nolva (PPL) together, and would like to get the ldex or femara at the same time.

Have you ran either? I like l-dex for keeping the bloat down..and man do I bloat without...if you go with liquidex...do .5mg ED..For me if I miss a day the bloat starts to come back...some say EOD but ED is best for me! Bump for anyone that has used fermara for bloat!

I hear lots of people say that femara is much better but none have given any reasonable explanation as to why. ThereforeI am bumping this for more info...

im convinced that the early signs of gyno that appeared during my last cycle were from only running femara for an anti...when i started running nolva in conjunction with it i was fine again but i upped the femara dosage and i didn't have trouble throughout the rest of my cycle.

femara did a good job keeping me hard and pretty dry throughout the cycle and i could really notice immediately following cardio. my experience with it was almost like a diuretic...i would take water in, but constantly be peeing throughout the day.

im going to run ldex for my next cycle to compare it to my last experience.

Femara seems to wrok better at keeping the water weight off of me...

I like L-dex better simply for the fact that Femara throws off my lipid panel substantially as L-dex does not.

Now both are inhibitors and have the ability to do that, but for some reason L-dex doesn't have that effect in me.

What is the most effective dose of L-Dex per day, I see some people say .5mg ED others sat 1mg ED, some say EOD ?? I have never taken Test, but plan to, and I bloat now if I look at the wrong foods.

.5mg l-dex = 1.25mg femara, right?

I'm thinking of runnning 1.25 fem eod w/250mg weekly test. I think that should suffice, yeah?
