I am thinking about taking a sustanon only cycle. I got burned on my last cycle and I have a new source that has been a friend of mine for a while(returned from the military) He got BIG and he has the same squirly frame and shitty genetics I do. He's been off for a while but he is still big and he did a sustanon only cycle(first one). I want to try it. And now I know I wont get ripped off.

Id go with 500mg/wk along with anti-e's.
Im on a 10 week sust cycle at 500 mg per week, just started week 3 bench up from 225 for 4 to 235 for 4 already and I already put on 5 pounds and I got 7 weeks left. Sust would be a great first cycle, Enjoy.
Sus only makes a great first cycle. Just make sure you have your Clomid for post cycle.
what is that 500 mg per amp?
250mg per amp so take 2 amps.
I'd say take one on Monday and the other Thursday.

Ross, most people will say that 250 mg a week isn't enough. Including myself. This can get to be a heated debate, as it has become in other threads. I would recommend going with 500 mg a week.

This is a never ending argument. Basically you have to find out for yourself cause everyone reacts differently. I'm getting great results from 1cc a wk of sust, but thats not to say you will get the same results. I took a low dosage my first cycle to see how i react to test. Save your money, do one per week and youll gain 20 pounds. I did SUS only for my first 2 cycles for 8 weeks each and gained 18 pounds both times and keeping 10 pounds from each cycle. Do 10 weeks on, 10 weeks off, and then 10 weeks on again if youre gona get 20 amps.

You will get good gains even if it's a sus only. I have seen friends go on 250mg's a week and gain 20 or so lbs.

time on= time off seems to be the rule everyone will tell you. you can get away with starting your next one a week or two early. the best would be to take time off equal to time on, then wait another couple of weeks. its always safer to be sure that natural production is in full swingQuote:
