    as anyone used this b4 a show????

    anyone know how to run suspension b4 a show............

    what kind of timeframe before a show? 1 week? 3 days? it will be easier for us to answer if you give a specific...

    running suspension for 7 weeks will be ungodly on the wallet...im sure if he did some research he could figure out a better pre-contest cycle than that.

    i would run it for 2 or 3 weeks...you may want to have this thread moved to the competition forum as some of the most knowledgeable bros on the board always have good advice.

    You hold a lot of water with suspension, I'm not sure that is the drug he wants this close to a comp!
