Quad injections(Good or Bad)

I am trying to blow up my quads and hams.I was wondering if injecting into my quads is a bad. Will i Notice more results injecting in my quads. Please help

There's a debate on this issue - depending on what you're injecting and when, etc.

Try find some info on "spot injuections" - you'll get some general ideas.

it definatley couldn't hurt and if you think about it that means the your quads get first dibs on the juice, but then again most of the time spot injections are exactly for that spots ( shoulder, arms, calves,) godd question bump

I am running test 250. Twice a week

Don't know how much 'spot injecting' in Quads helps those particular muscles .. Nonetheless, I love injecting my Quads .. easy and painless!
