    thinking about changing 1st cycle

    ok im thinking of changing my cycle, i already have my gear, but im having second thoughts on the dbol . this is what it looks like.
    week 1-4 dbol 25 mg a day
    week 1-10 test e 500mg a week
    a bunch of my friends who have done a cycle or two in the past say i shouldnt use the dbol on my first cycle and that i should save it till i get a few cycle under my belt, they also said with this cycle i would blow up really fast and probably not keep most of it, they also say i should cut the test back a little, but that doesnt seem like enough from what i have read on this forum. would just test e at 400mg a week give me decent gains, they also told me if i absolutely had to have something to stack with the test i should go with EQ at 300mg a week but they say they wouldnt recomend it, but I say to hell with them i will ask the experts. let me know what yall think, thanks

    I don't see anything wrong with the cycle you have if you use an anti-e and do proper PCT you will lose some water post cycle but very little muscle and should see nice solid gains.

    I agree. If your pct is right, you will keep a good portion of the gains.

    1st...what are your stats?
    2nd...I am from the school of "less is more" & 400mg test per week is fantastic for a 1st or even 2nd cycle. Save the d-bols for a later cycle...If your training/diet/rest are in line...you will grow like mad on 400mg/wk x 10.....but I think 12 weeks would be good too!

    I think anything more than the minimum needed to grow is excessive...
