what a bad summer.............help me get back to the beast i use to be
was sup always use to post havent in a while this summer i slacked on my trianing and dieting alot cuz of 60hr work weeks 4 the summa while iam out of school

extraskin from an 85 lb weightlos 2 yrs ago
bloated still have a good build
right now im staring to eat clean
water
white tuna
shakes with water
grilled chicken
etc..........
fruits veggies
im gonna take dymintan xtrmeme and do cardio 5 times a week
do stes of 8 6 4 to get my strength back and go all out
in bout 6 months lookin 4 a cycle i am undecide on what to take this is were i need some input thanx guys .........
