this is in the wrong forum but this is where everybody spends most of their time so i thought i'd post it here.
i have been having some troubles with motivation lately and thought that i could start a thread to help averyone get a little more pumped about bodybuilding and if some are slipping a little hopefully this will allow you to regain a little control.
