    T3 dosage and advice

I have a girlfriend who is dying to try T3. She is 5'7" and weighs 160. She has tried the diets, Xenadrine, exercise, not eating, etc. She will continue to exercise, but would like to know how much she needs to take and for how long. She is planning on getting 2 packets of the T3 (Cynomel). 25 mcg/tab, 100 tab bottle. What would be a good cycle and does she need to worry about serious side effects? Please advise.

    Thanks.

You might want to check out the education thread on T3. It will tell you how to dose it properly. I don't know how a girl would take it but you can easily cut the pills in half. During a ramp up she could go 12.5mg/25mg/37.5mg/50mg. I don't know if it safe for her to take 50 mg but I bet she could. I would recommend those doses and then incorporate those numbers into a custom cycle after reading the educational thread. She probably has enough to do two 6 week cycles.

remember to decrease the dosage for women, IMO they cannot handle those dosages.

personally, I believe clen is a safer alternative to t-3 in women. Women have a higher rate of hypothyroidism than men. The last thing you want is to permenantely shut down her thyroid. She thinks she is big now.

Has she tried a low carb, high intensity cardio diet with good resistance training?
