How much is too much for an old geezer
My husband just turned 52 and has been training & cycling for the last 15+ years (nothing too heavy...mostly sustanon/primobolan/alittle test) on and off (10 wks on-10 wks off, etc). He's finally given in to his age and is backing off on the intensity all around. He's wondering would there be any harm, benefit to someone his age, or a total waste of time if he started 1amp of Primo every 14 days year round as a little "lift" :lift: Any help with this, guys?????
