Blood concentration levels

I read a great thread by Cycleon in the "educational threads," about injection frequency to keep blood levels constant but. . .I am wondering about the front-end loading of my D-bol.

I am currently doing 40mg/d of the new Denkall 10mg time-release capsules. I am going for 4-5 weeks with this. I have been taking one of them every 4-6 hours every 24 hours to keep the blood level concentration constant and evenly spaced.

Can someone give me a better idea of how I should be dosing in a more effective manner, or am I on target with this technique I am using?
