also, just started deca 300 1.5 ml wk
stust 250 1ml twice,
holding this for five wks,
then dropping down to 1ml of each for the rest

good idea, or back to the drawing board

also taking liquifen 20mg, each day, is it worth a damn?

bad idea.

450 mg of deca : 250 mg of sus

IMO your test should at least be equal to your deca, if not higher.

the dropping down is worthless as well. keep it at a constant level.

good read on sus if i can find it.
