    help for a newbie

    I would like some help for a first timer. I'm 6'4 255 with 13-15% bf 23 yrs. old. I have a good base. I'm looking for strength gains and about 15 lbs. I'm thinking about propinate to kick it off combined with enanthate . 10 wks. Can i also get suggestions on anti-e. What should i get, and the doses. Also, when to take the clomid, nolvadex etc. If i train hard and continue to eat once i am finished will that allow me to keep my gains. Should i taper off or keep the same doses throughout.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    wk1-4 75mg Prop ED
    wk1-10 500mg Enan
    Clomid 2wks after last shot-300mg day 1, 100mg 10 days, 50mg 10 days

    .25mg L-dex + 10mg of Nolva ED

    Keep dose constant

    If proper diet is utilized and PCT is followed, the only pounds you should loose is water weight

    Proper Diet? I just try to eat everything. Is that not specific enough?

    i guess the common misconception people get is they can practically eat anything under the sun whilst on juice but i guess not. a little dietary leniency yes, but clean foods still show their worth after your cycle. good luck bro!

    L-dex and Nolva ED throughout the entire.

    As far as diet goes. The #1 reason fault for dissapointing gains I see is people not getting enough food. They think they're eating enough but after they sit down and actually count the cals, it comes up short.

    I'd suggest weighing your food and definately counting

    At your height and wieght, cals should be around 5000.
