Im about to start a cycle of 400mg a week of test cyp and 300 a week of deca, I want to know how I should start this cycle off, if I can just start simply with 400 of cyp and 300 of deca, or should I do 200 of cyp and 150 of deca for the 1st 2 weeks, then go the opposite 2 and 1, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Sidenote: I also have nolva dex and clomid for this cycle

Anyways, run both of them at a constant level throughout. You can either front load with d-bol for the first few weeks, or you can frontload your Cyp.
What I mean is, for the first cycle someone told me to go run half my cycle meaning, If im gonna do 400mg of test cyp to then do 200, and my 300 of deca to do 150 for the first 2 weeks, so what i meant is now doing the oppositie after 2 weeks, run 400 of cyp and 300 of deca....but you suggest just running it straight 400/300 throught the whole thing?
Yes, no need to pyramid or taper anything.

My first was 400 mg Cyp /400 mg Deca a week. I did't front load, but I wish I had. Still had great results, it just took a while.
what exactly does front load mean? and how would I go about doing it?
